Woman files petition claiming to be Nzioka's biological daughter The burial of Kenya Primary Schools Heads Association (KEPSHA) President Johnson Matheka Nzioka was initially halted due to a court order. A woman had filed a petition claiming to be his daughter and requested a DNA test to establish paternity. She alleged that her mother was married to Nzioka through Kamba customary marriage and that he had supported her both financially and emotionally until his death. The court temporarily stopped the burial to allow for the collection of DNA samples. However, the High Court has since overturned the initial order, permitting the burial to proceed as planned on February 28, 2025, at his rural home in Machakos County, after the DNA samples were collected.
