Can you demand something from God by reminding him of everything you have done for him. One of the most powerful but rare types of prayer is when a man goes before God to remind him of all the good he has done for him. Quite often it is usually the opposite, where man goes before God to remind him of what he hasn't done for him. There is a prayer called: *Doing something for God so that he can do something for you!* This is one of the hardest and rarest forms of Prayer. By nature man is selfish, it will take wisdom , revelation and understanding for a Believer to ask God for something by doing something for him first! There are things that God will not do for you or give you until you do something for him! There are Testimonies and breakthroughs classified under the : Do this and I will give you or Do this and I will do this for you category. Without doing what is expected or required God will not give you or do it for you even if you pray and fast for 12 years ! How many of us can PRAY Nehemiah's Prayer this morning where you remind God of what YOU have done for him? In the past 5 years what have you done for God that you can say Because of this LORD, remember my children and give them good health and good Jobs? For most of US, it's request after request, complaint and complaint. Time again and again we go to God to make demands expecting to give us everything promptly yet we do nothing when he asks us to do very little or very few things. Like I said before, imagine standing in the same queue with Nehemiah on judgement day and he will start reminding God of all that he did , what will you remind God of you?
