An important aspect to consider is the definition of 'port' relates to the entire port eco system encompassing many working parts. To create efficiency in the corridor eco system all working parts need to work in unison. A project we are driving forward with is the Reefer Container Optimization Project which seeks to bring all the working parts in the port eco system to a single mainframe. On Wednesday 19th February 2025, the CGA Board have approved a new logistics strategy. The strategy seeks to develop and resource a specific port operational structure. More will be outlined in due course.
