Would strongly suggest tracking export data provided by Agrihub using Ship_Weeks_ZA as the departure week denominator. This then accounts for a vessels final port of departing SA. You can see for instance that cargo loaded in week 6 from Durban only departed Cape Town in week 9 to destination. This will then give you an accurate account of the number of cartons/pallets that physically departed SA to market.
