Sufyan al-Thawri said: “Let your companion be someone who makes you renounce the dunya (worldly life) and desire the Hereafter. Beware of associating with the people of the dunya who indulge in worldly talk, for they will corrupt your religion and your heart.” 📖Hilyat al-Awliya, 7/82
