*Important Notice: School Fees Reconciliation and Payment Compliance* Dear Parents, At the Finance Committee meeting held today, several issues were identified regarding the reconciliation of school fee payments: 1. Parents with two or more children at the school often make a single EFT payment or card swipe, making it difficult for our bursar to allocate and reconcile the funds correctly. 2. Proof of payment is not submitted timeously, delaying the reconciliation process. 3. Despite repeated requests, some parents have not visited the school to resolve discrepancies in payments that were made but not captured. This has hindered the completion of the school fee reconciliation. 4. A number of parents have not adhered to the school's payment plan: - *R2,000* registration fee - *R1,000* at the beginning of Term 2 - *R1,000* at the beginning of Term 3 To ensure accurate record-keeping and efficient processing of payments, we kindly request all parents to adhere to the following: 1. If you have more than one child at the school, *please make separate payments for each child* to facilitate proper allocation. 2. *Ensure that the learner's full name and grade appear on the EFT payment reference.* 3. *Proof of payment must be submitted to the school promptly*—either in person or via email. If emailed, parents must notify the bursar telephonically. 4. *School fees must be paid on time and in accordance with the stipulated payment plan.* Additionally, please note: - Parents who have *outstanding fees from previous years* (exceeding one year) have been handed over to our debt collectors. - Parents who were handed over last year and have not adhered to their agreed payment arrangements will now be *listed by the debt collectors.* A formal notice will be issued by *Phakamani Debt Collectors.* We appreciate your cooperation in resolving these matters and ensuring the smooth financial operation of the school. *Sincerely,* J.
