🔹 Impact in Action: Today, 33 SEWA members run their own Agro-input centres across four states, each earning annual profits up to INR 40,000. These centres are more than just businesses; they're community lifelines promoting sustainable practices and regenerative farming, restoring soil health, and reducing dependency on harmful chemicals.
Why It Matters: Through these initiatives, SEWA is not just preserving the environment—it's fostering women-led climate action and promoting economic independence. Women are at the forefront, steering their communities towards safer, sustainable agricultural practices.
"Our Building Cleaner Skies Campaign doesn’t just enable us to make our agriculture sustainable and help transform and preserve our land, air and water; it also empowers women like me to not just strengthen my agriculture but also to lead and uplift entire communities," says Induben Rathod, a proud owner of Agro-input centre and a member of SEWA from Surrendrnagar district.
