*LANDE on the upswing (again)?* Agricultural platform #lande financed EUR 1.1 million in January, spread across 41 loans. In addition, new records were set for the second month in a row in terms of repaid capital (EUR 1.77 million) and interest (EUR 178,000). The positive cash flow shows in my personal portfolio as well. On one side, there was a new record of EUR 90 in interest, and on the other side, the total return is back in double digits for the first time since September 2023 (10.03%). The positive development is primarily due to the switch to collateralisation through land/property or machinery.
