We have noticed a tendency to submit complaints on social media.
The Municipality’s Official Customer Complaints Procedure to ensure that your service request or complaint is addressed efficiently.
You may lodge your service request or complaint through any of the following channels:
📧Email: Send your complaint to [email protected].
📲Mobile App: Download the Collab Citizen mobile app for free from the Apple or Android app stores.
📞Phone: Call us at 044 302 6300, or visit our website https://www.knysna.gov.za/contact-us/municipal-contact-numbers/ for direct department numbers.
📭Mail: Write to us at PO Box 21, Knysna, 6570.
🚶🏽♂️In Person: Visit your nearest municipal office.
When submitting a complaint, please provide your full name, surname, cellphone number, and the location of the complaint to facilitate communication and updates regarding your request. ℹ️
Once your complaint or service request is lodged, you will receive a REFERENCE NUMBER via SMS. This number will allow both you and the municipality to track the progress of your case. Without a formal reference number your complaint may get lost or not attended to.
The TIME FRAME to resolve the complaint will also be contained in the sms. ⌛
If the customer is not satisfied with the outcome, he/she may approach the Municipal Manager for the resolution of any disputes.👍🏼👎🏽
