Prime Minister Justin Trudeau says U.S. tariffs will be paused after a phone call with U.S. President Donald Trump. Trudeau said he laid out Canada’s border plan and that Canada is making new commitments, including appointing a “fentanyl czar,” and adding Mexican cartels to the list of terrorist entities.
