I write the clap back email, I tap furiously right after the antagonizing text, but I dont hit send. I step away, and let it hang. If it’s a convo…I do my best to try and pause, very hard to do, but necessary. 99% of the time my response is nowhere close to what my reaction was. Could save your life too.
