_*Exhortation Pills: Discover the Power of Praise*_ _By Rev. Stephen Dadedzi_ _Day 37 (06/Feb/2025)_ > ‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭Acts 16:25-26 NKJV But at midnight Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns to God, and the prisoners were listening to them. Suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundations of the prison were shaken; and immediately all the doors were opened and everyone’s chains were loosed. Charles was facing the toughest season of his life. He had lost his job, his finances were running low, and he felt completely abandoned. One evening, instead of drowning in worry, he decided to worship. He played his favorite worship songs and began to praise God with all his heart. As he lifted his voice, he felt an overwhelming peace flood his soul. A few days later, he received an unexpected job offer—one far better than the one he lost! Like Charles, Paul and Silas chose to praise God in the midst of their hardship. Their worship not only brought them peace but also led to a miraculous breakthrough. Here are three impacts of praise in a believer’s Life: *1. Praise Invites God's Presence:* When we praise, we create an atmosphere for God to dwell. Psalm 22:3 says that God inhabits the praises of His people. His presence brings peace, joy, and victory over every situation. *2. Praise Breaks Chains and Opens Doors:* Just as Paul and Silas experienced, praise has the power to break spiritual strongholds and open closed doors (Acts 16:26). No matter the bondage, praise releases divine intervention. *3. Praise Shifts Our Focus from Problems to God:* When we focus on God’s greatness instead of our struggles, our faith is strengthened (Isaiah 26:3). Praise helps us see our challenges through the lens of God's power, not our limitations. _🙏 Prayer:_ Father, I choose to praise You no matter what I face. Let my worship invite Your presence, break every chain, and shift my focus to Your greatness.
