_*Exhortation Pills: From Pit to Power*_ _By Rev. Stephen Dadedzi_ _Day 41 (10/Feb/2025)_ > ‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭Genesis 41:41 NKJV And Pharaoh said to Joseph, “See, I have set you over all the land of Egypt.” Joseph's journey from the pit to the palace was filled with betrayal, hardship, and trials. Yet, through it all, God was preparing him for a greater purpose. Though his brothers sold him into slavery, and he was wrongly imprisoned, Joseph never lost sight of God’s presence. In the end, the very trials that seemed to destroy him became the stepping stones to his destiny. Here are three key attributes that lifted Joseph from the pit to power: *1. Faithfulness:* No matter where Joseph found himself—whether in Potiphar’s house, prison, or before Pharaoh—he remained faithful in his duties and to God (Genesis 39:2-4). His faithfulness caused him to find favor wherever he went. *2. Wisdom:* Joseph interpreted dreams with divine insight and gave practical solutions, especially when he advised Pharaoh on how to manage the years of famine (Genesis 41:33-36). His wisdom set him apart. *3. Forgiveness:* Despite the betrayal of his brothers, Joseph chose to forgive them instead of seeking revenge. His forgiving heart allowed him to fully step into the destiny God had prepared for him (Genesis 50:20). _🙏 Prayer:_ Heavenly Father, help me to remain faithful, walk in wisdom, and choose forgiveness in all situations. Lift me from every pit and place me in the position You have prepared for me.
