_*Exhortation Pills: Command the Eagle’s Blessings, Part 1—Vision and Focus*_
_By Rev. Stephen Dadedzi_
_Day 43 (12/Feb/2025)_
> Hebrews 12:2 NKJV Looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith...
As a believer, you are an eagle in the Spirit. God created you to soar above life’s challenges, not to be trapped in them. Just like the eagle, you are expected to exhibit certain characteristics that set you apart. One of the greatest strengths of an eagle is its vision and focus. Let’s explore three ways the eagle maintains these qualities and how you can apply them to your life:
*1. Eagles Fix Their Eyes on Their Target:* An eagle’s eyes are designed to focus on prey from miles away without getting distracted. In the same way, believers must fix their eyes on Jesus and His purpose for their lives. The world is full of distractions, but staying focused on God’s Word and His calling will keep you on the right path (Colossians 3:2).
*2. Eagles See Beyond the Storm:* When storms arise, eagles don’t panic—they fly higher. They use the wind to lift them above the storm. As a believer, challenges will come, but you must train yourself to see beyond the difficulties and trust God’s plan. Instead of being overwhelmed, rise higher through prayer and faith (Isaiah 40:31).
*3. Eagles Are Not Easily Distracted:* Unlike other birds that flit from one place to another, eagles stay locked onto their goal. Likewise, believers must develop spiritual discipline. Stay focused on your assignment and don’t allow distractions, fear, or worldly temptations to shift your gaze from God’s promises (Proverbs 4:25).
_🙏 Prayer:_
Father, thank You for calling me to soar like an eagle. Help me to fix my eyes on Jesus, rise above life’s storms, and stay focused on Your purpose for my life. Strengthen my vision and keep me from distractions. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
_⚠️ Are You Saved?_
