Stephen Dadedzi_ _Day 54 (23/Feb/2025)_ > ‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭Ecclesiastes 12:1 NKJV Remember now your Creator in the days of your youth, Before the difficult days come, And the years draw near when you say, “I have no pleasure in them.” Many people believe they have their whole lives ahead of them to serve God, postponing their commitment until they are older. However, God desires our best—our prime years—when we have the strength, zeal, and energy to make an impact for His kingdom. Waiting until old age to serve Him means missing out on the blessings that come with dedicating your youth to God. *1. Serving God in Your Youth Saves You from the Youthful Sins That Destroy Others:* The temptations that plague young people—immorality, addiction, rebellion—lead many to destruction. However, dedicating your youth to God sets you apart, keeping you from paths that ruin destinies. Joseph, for example, feared God in his youth and was preserved from sin, leading to his divine promotion (Genesis 39:9). *2. Serving God in Your Youth Guarantees You Long Life and Good Health:* A life dedicated to God is a life preserved. When you honor God early, He blesses you with longevity and good health. Proverbs 3:1-2 assures that keeping God’s commands adds length to your days and peace to your life. Those who serve Him wholeheartedly often experience divine protection and supernatural health. *3. Serving God in Your Youth Gives You Fulfillment and Joy That Words Cannot Express:* Nothing compares to the satisfaction of knowing you are walking in God’s purpose. While many young people chase fleeting pleasures, those who serve God experience a deep, unshakable joy. Psalm 16:11 says, “In Your presence is fullness of joy; at Your right hand are pleasures forevermore.” True fulfillment is found in a life surrendered to God. _🙏 Prayer:_ Heavenly Father, thank You for the strength and energy You have given me in my youthful years. Help me to dedicate my life to Your service now and not wait until my strength is gone. Keep me from distractions, preserve my life, and fill me with the joy of serving You.
