📌 The Scholar Who Follows the Truth Remains Alive After His Death ‎Al-Imām ibn al-Qayyim (d. 751 AH) said: ‎The scholar who possesses knowledge of what the Messenger ﷺ brought and acts upon it is more obeyed among the people of the earth than anyone else. ‎When he passes away, Allāh revives his remembrance and spreads the finest praise for him throughout all of the worlds. Even after his death, the scholar remains alive among the people, whereas the ignorant person, though physically alive, is as if dead among them. ‎Whoever reflects on the lives of the great Imāms of Islām—such as the Imāms of Hadīth and Fiqh—will see that although they are buried beneath the soil, it is as if they are still alive among the people. The only thing absent is their physical bodies, but their names, their words, and the praise for them continue uninterrupted. This is true life indeed. ‎📚 Source: Miftāh Dār as-Sa’ādah (1/387) Arabic Source: https://x.com/dr_albukhary/status/1886881080919339507?s=46&t=axND5gXlZf6nrkQ4B3bX3Q English Translation Source: https://x.com/khalilfilastini/status/1886908106317422802?s=46&t=axND5gXlZf6nrkQ4B3bX3Q
