FEBRUARY 16 Life Gems *WHICH COMMAND HAVE YOU RECEIVED?* *Spotlight* : John 10 verse 18 – No one takes it from Me, but I lay it down of Myself. I have power to lay it down, and I have power to take it again. This command I have received from My Father.” Several attempts made to kill Jesus before His time to go to the cross couldn’t work because He was living with a command He received from God. He received a command to lay down His life at will and pick it up again so whatever anyone did to take His life couldn’t work. In fact, he declared that no man could take His life from Him. The question to you as a believer is this: Which command have you received from God concerning your life and assignment on earth? Which covenant or agreement have you made with God? How well have you kept your part of such agreement? When you receive an order or a command from God, it puts your heart at rest that your heart doesn’t skip at any threat of the devil. If you know your life as a child of God is just by corporate association with other believers that when you are alone, you have no substance in the spirit, you need to address it. Have a time you spend with God personally daily especially between 12am and 6am when you will study God’s word with full attention and pray. It is at such times that God can begin to give you instructions and commands about your life. The revelation you get from His presence at such times makes you to be spiritually fit to address issues with boldness. At such times, you can enter covenants or agreement and play your part and you will see God play His part. *Word Feast* : Joshua 14 verses 6 – 14; Matthew 17 verses 1 – 3; Isaiah 50 verse 4. *Prayer* : Father, I desire to receive instructions from You.
