ⓘ The Basics - Two Conditions For Worship To Be Accepted 🟩 What Is Worship? Al-ʿIbādah – worship – is a comprehensive term encompassing everything beloved and pleasing to Allāh, both actions and statements, whether visible or hidden. This is the best (definition) of worship. Worship is a great matter because Allāh created the creation, sent Messengers, and revealed the Books to instruct them to worship Him alone and prohibit them from worshipping others besides Him.
