It has been a busy week for the Leytonstone Neighbourhood Policing Team who joined forces with colleagues from the emergency response team to provide fast time responses to residents on the ward. This combined with hugely improved reporting from businesses has meant that in over 50% of reported cases, officers have been able to respond, identify and detain offenders committing both shoplifting and robbery offences on Leytonstone High Road. This has resulted in a number of arrests.
