We are seeking dedicated professionals to join our team in Botswana. Below are the available positions: 1. Logistics Superintendent Basic Function: - Liaise with suppliers and transport companies to ensure timely deliveries. - Maintain stores budget and capital levels of stock. - Forecast changes to meet maintenance demands. Main Duties: - Manage the stores team and ensure effective people management. - Oversee inventory movement and participate in ICAM investigations. - Conduct workplace inspections and JSAs as required. Qualifications: - Minimum 8 years' experience in Logistics and Warehousing. - Strong reporting, planning, and forecasting skills. - Experience in inventory reconciliation and vendor management. 2. Development Superintendent Basic Function: - Coordinate all underground mine operations to maximize productivity and maintain high safety standards. Main Duties: - Manage manning numbers, rosters, and coverage for underground employees. - Plan and prioritize mining and ground control activities. - Coordinate special projects as required by the Project Manager. Qualifications: - Minimum 10 years' underground mining experience, including 5 years in shift supervision. - In-depth knowledge of contemporary underground mining practices. - Valid Driver's Licence, First Aid & CPR certificate. 3. OHS Trainer Basic Function: - Coordinate, monitor, and implement all Health, Safety & Training requirements. Main Duties: - Establish weekly training requirements and conduct task observations. - Facilitate emergency drills and update training matrices. - Conduct both theory and practical assessments for the workforce. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent. - Minimum 5-10 years' experience in a safety professional role within underground mining. - Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. 4. Project Engineer Basic Function: - Plan, schedule, and oversee site projects from concept to completion. - Ensure quality assurance, risk, and safety management. Main Duties: - Develop short to medium term mine plans and review drill and blast designs. - Oversee paste backfill design and mine ventilation effectiveness. - Provide technical support and quality control of works. Qualifications: - Tertiary qualification in Engineering (Mining) or related field. - Minimum 10 years' underground mining experience. - Valid Driver's License - Class C.
