*പറയുക: വരുവിന്‍; നിങ്ങളുടെ നാഥന്‍ നിങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് നിഷിദ്ധമാക്കിയതെന്തൊക്കെയെന്ന് ഞാന്‍ പറഞ്ഞുതരാം: നിങ്ങള്‍ ഒന്നിനെയും അവനില്‍ പങ്കാളികളാക്കരുത്; മാതാപിതാക്കളോട് നല്ല നിലയില്‍ വര്‍ത്തിക്കണം; ദാരിദ്ര്യം കാരണം നിങ്ങള്‍ നിങ്ങളുടെ കുട്ടികളെ കൊല്ലരുത്; നിങ്ങള്‍ക്കും അവര്‍ക്കും അന്നം തരുന്നത് നാമാണ്. തെളിഞ്ഞതും മറഞ്ഞതുമായ നീചവൃത്തികളോടടുക്കരുത്; അല്ലാഹു ആദരണീയമാക്കിയ ജീവനെ അന്യായമായി ഹനിക്കരുത്. നിങ്ങള്‍ ചിന്തിച്ചറിയാന്‍ അല്ലാഹു നിങ്ങള്‍ക്കു നല്‍കിയ നിര്‍ദേശങ്ങളാണിവയെല്ലാം.* Say, ˹O Prophet,˺ “Come! Let me recite to you what your Lord has forbidden to you: do not associate others with Him ˹in worship˺. ˹Do not fail to˺ honour your parents. Do not kill your children for fear of poverty. We provide for you and for them. Do not come near indecencies, openly or secretly.
