The Government of the Cooperative Republic of Guyana (CRoG) has earned financing under the Guyana - Norway Partnership Agreement towards a program for the Guyana Utility Scale Solar Photovoltaic Program (GUYSOL). The Financing will be administered in accordance with the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB). The GCRoG intends to apply part of the proceeds from the Program towards conducting a Women in Solar Apprenticeship Program to promote gender equality and diversity in the energy sector.
