You use advanced technology like AI or automated systems to save time then gain time only to feel depressed because you have more time on your hands to waste on
- Mindless scrolling feeling like you're stuck in an endless loop.
- Listening to news that makes you more anxious, or watching endless videos.
- Endless browsing, comparing your live to others.
- Overthinking and worrying, fueled by the constant bombardment of information.
- Feeling pressure to stay connected, yet feeling disconnected from meaningful relationships.
Technology makes us efficient, but efficiency is its own trap. We've got to find a way to be productive, yet busy enough to make life interesting. Without a sense of purpose, we're left feeling bored, unfulfilled, and undignified.
Work is dignity. Take it away, and we feel lost.
Ask yourself why most people die quickly after retirement?
It's because they can't find fulfilling avenues to put their time to use. Death then becomes the reasonable escape, whether we approve of it or not.
So, what's the solution?
