NEW PARLIAMENTARY YEAR TO BEGIN TODAY (1/2) The 2025/2026 Parliamentary Year commences today, Thursday, February 13, 2025, with the traditional Ceremonial Opening of Parliament at Gordon House. This year, Custos of Kingston, the Honourable Steadman Fuller, will deputise for Governor-General, His Excellency the Most Hon. Sir Patrick Allen, and deliver the Throne Speech. The Throne Speech will outline the Government’s legislative agenda for the upcoming parliamentary year.
