Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar Akhund, Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs, departed for Uzbekistan today (Saturday, February 22) on a two-day official visit aimed at strengthening political, economic, trade, and transit relations between the two countries, as well as attracting investment in various sectors of Afghanistan.
According to the Deputy Prime Minister's Office for Economic Affairs, the delegation includes several key officials, including Mullah Hedayatullah Badri, Minister of Mines and Petroleum, Mullah Hamidullah Akhundzada, Minister of Transport and Aviation, Nooruddin Azizi, Minister of Industry and Commerce, Mawlawi Ataullah Omari, Minister of Agriculture, Irrigation, and Livestock, Noor Ahmad Agha, General Head of the Central Bank, and Mufti Abdul Mateen Sayed, Deputy Minister of Customs and Revenues at the Ministry of Finance.
Representatives from various sectoral agencies are also part of the delegation.
