Job Opportunity: Global Markets Operations - Corporate Actions Location: Mumbai/Bangalore Experience: 1-3 years Key Responsibilities: -Process and manage corporate actions (voluntary & mandatory) in a timely and accurate manner. -Work with Bloomberg and other financial tools for data validation and execution. -Perform scrubbing activities to ensure data quality and accuracy in corporate action records. -Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to corporate actions. -Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal procedures. Skills and Qualifications: -1-3 years of experience in Global Markets Operations or Corporate Actions. -Strong knowledge of corporate actions (voluntary and mandatory). -Familiarity with Bloomberg and other financial platforms.
