Be gentle with yourself when achieving your goals.If you feel overwhelmed and at the verge of giving up,just divide those goals quarterly for example 1st quarter goals -January, February, March
2nd quarter-April,May and June
3rd quarter -July,August, September.
4th Quarter -October, November and December
This will help you execute them easily 💟....
*Make sure that self care and healthy coping mechanisms are part of those goals 🙃.*
