Monday 10th February 2025 Will you still love yourself for failing? Will you still support yourself when you are in the worst version of yourself? Being harsh on yourself is a very selfish action. Love yourself even in the darkness.Carry yourself up with confidence and strength and give yourself flowers always. Don't down grade yourself and compare yourself to anyone. Saturday 8th February 2025📌 *If I had to write an open letter to my younger self I'd probably tell them to be kind to themselves and love themselves more.* To be kind to themselves when faced with hardships.Even when going through a Storm to still be kind not only to myself but also to everyone around me because some people are actually facing wars in their lives. To love myself more because people might take advantage of my kindness and tenderness if I don't have boundaries.Boundaries are meant to protect my mental health and without them my mental health would probably be in shackles. To love myself in times that my body goes through different changes, when I feel unworthy of myself. To love myself when friendships and relationships don't work out and I feel broken and unworthy. I'd probably also tell myself to not fear the future.Fear is what makes us to kiss out on opportunities and learning. That's all. Name one thing that you'd probably tell your younger self 😊 Mental health with Njoki 🌼

Grateful for that which has left and that which has come always❤️

*Tuesday 11th February 2025* 🌼 I think it's important to give yourself flowers when you achieve anything, whether big or small.Even when things look hard, give yourself that grace. Learning and unlearning is a continuous journey that never really stops.A journey that requires discipline and courage. It is a journey that breaks you and makes you at the same time and in the long run,you get your results. It doesn't matter if it's a baby achievement, give yourself flowers.Be grateful and see yourself grow to achieve bigger things. Mental health with Njoki 🌼

*Friday,7th February 2025📌* And on days that you feel lost and unlovable, pick up your broken pieces and fix them yourself. It's okay to feel lost, but at the end of the day you have to take accountability and get back to your feet. Gather all the courage and strength in you and find your purpose again. The journey of self development will never be easy.A lot of resistance from your old version will be evident. You will feel like giving up and you will feel lost.Your old version will be fighting against new change and it'll will make you feel that you'll be lonely when you fix up yourself. Don't let that feeling make you backslip 🌼You got this!

*Wednesday 12th February 2025🌼* Grateful for the people who have stood by us.People who have listened to us. People who have walked with us in times of grieve, heartbreak, disappointment or bad seasons. These are the people we run to when we are in need of their mental and emotional support. People who have not judged us but given us space to express our inner most deepest thoughts.Whether it's our, therapists, friends or family, they deserve their flowers. It could be overwhelming for them to carry all our problems and be draining for them but they have continued to show up for us. Affirming strength and love for them. Affirming that good will be rewarded with good. Mental health with Njoki 🌼

Hello everyone🌼 How are you doing? I hope this finds well 💟

*Happy valentine's Day to all of you*❤️ _As we take time to celebrate the people that mean so much to us, let's take time to celebrate ourselves too._ Celebrate the great steps you've made to work on yourself. Celebrate the days that you were down and thought you would stand strong again but you got back to your feet. Celebrate yourself for taking it easy on yourself and loving yourself on tough days. Celebrate yourself for showing others love when it was barely in you. Know you are love and you are loved. Always remember that you can't give love if love doesn't exist in you. Therefore give yourself flowers for pulling yourself up from the shambles of life... Mental health with Njoki ❤️ _Written with love for love ♡_
