'LOVE YOUR ENEMIES'—LUKE 6:27 Jesus has a good reminder for all of us in the Gospel reading today— to love our enemies and do good to those who hate us. It may be one of the most difficult thing to fulfill most especially in these trying times, but this is what actually means to be a Christian. But loving them doesn't mean that we are also tolerating their bad behaviors. Because constructive criticisms and pointing out mistakes are also form of showing love to people. But I think, the best revenge that we could show to them is no revenge at all. Pray for them instead. Because only in prayers that we can show them our love, and offer them the forgiveness that they never came to ask for.
