[This is a developing story] UPDATE: The spokesperson of the Ministry of Interior said that security forces identified the suicide attacker before he could explode and shot him dead. No more details were given. UPDATE: The Emergency Hospital in Kabul recived 6 wounded persons from the today's suicide attack on the Ministry of Urban Devolopment and Housing, located in PD9. The hospital said in a statement that one of the injured died from his injuries and the 4 injured are in a critical condition.
