Let's talk about poop!
It’s totally normal for toddlers to have different poop schedules - some go after every meal, others every couple of days. But when they’re constipated, it’s no fun for anyone! Here’s how you can help your child:
1. Skip foods like bananas, cooked carrots, squash, and too much dairy (milk, cheese, yoghurt, ice cream).
2. Add fibre-rich foods like apricots, plums, peas, beans, broccoli, and prunes to their meals.
3. Keep the water flowing! A little prune or apple juice can work wonders too.
4. Get them moving! Fun, light exercise or a daily walk can help get things going.
5. Massage your little one's tummy.
A few small changes can make a big difference and keep your toddler feeling great! 💙💙💙
