Thanking Allah for the calamities that befall the disbelievers: Ibn Uthaymeen, may Allah have mercy on him, said in the context of his discussion about the supplication during calamities: As for when a calamity befalls the disbelievers, that is something for which to thank Allah, and it is not something to pray to be lifted.
