Today His Excellency President E D Mnangagwa will open a massive $3.6 billion Steel Plant in Beitbridge. The Palm River Energy and Metallurgical Special Economic Zone (SEZ) is a collaboration between the government, Xintai Resources, and Tuli Coal.
