We didn't seem to hear much about Evangelist Philip again after the massive crusade at Samaria, and his translocation from the Ethiopian Eunuch's baptismal service to Azotus, asides that he went about preaching from town to town till he arrived at Caesarea. Could it be that he settled out of the move of God at Caesarea? The Bible remains silent until Apostle Paul, the man of the moment, in the course of his itinerant ministry, arrived at Caesarea to discover that Philip had raised 4 daughters who had the gift of prophecy. That a minister has gone offline doesn't mean he's failing, neither does online presence validate ministerial success.
