Mongi Dilika LED Director Mnquma local municipality 2:When did He came into the office? 3:What is his involvement in this project (Ndabakazi Junction development) 4: Who gave him access and permission to make announcement in Mnquma council meetings about our development with insufficient details regarding the concept. 5: Municipal Manager who came in office as succeeder of the late Mr Tantsi were they properly briefed about the development? 6: Mayor's came and went however the same question applies? From 12noon today we are questioning the pull of the municipality to cause a delay of 18 years, stealing of our concept, land hijacking & theft...
