Swimming pool over 15 years not opened yet R15 million worth. 6. Road improvement worth over R70 million 7. Unfit personals occupation. 8. Incompetent public servants. 9. Ndabakazi Junction development in clash with BP?. 10. Our concept stolen to dish greedy individuals with no intent to develop to inherit future wealth .

In most cases development is lacking in our communities because the people put responsible for service delivery whom are running their own agendas within the public office. It's more than 30 years of democracy yet oppression still stands in a different form however. It is our responsibility as the people that we govern for delivery, advocate for our rights & encourage sustainability in our communities. We stand for economic growth in our municipality through the channels that are made available by the provincial budget and enforce a just systematic approach to delivering opportunities to our youth in support of their respective entrepreneurship offerings eradicating unemployment, poverty & crime. As AmaHlubi Cultural Village We are a private entity that will not only benefit us as a name but will greatly create jobs & business opportunities for the people in the municipality it is for that reason we won't stand to operate on unsolicited grounds our municipality will be a previously disadvantaged and be a developed small municipality cutting off all unneeded occupants in our public office we will be vocal in this challenge to ensure not only for our trust but for the people in the municipality.

Good day Just a quick reminder! We are not at war with anyone however we are stating events that have occurred for the past years, our experience with the Municipality & other government entities regarding our land & concept issue. We have been trying to reinstate & restore our development for some years, we recently traveled to Gauteng to finalize on the processes and we are getting a step ahead of where we ought to be, because of the SONA certain offices would be a bit distracted however we hope to give you a detailed feedback from our meeting. AmaHlubi Cultural Village is a concept coming to reality bringing economic development enhancing the life's of many, forward we go we won't be held back any more.

People have been exploited, mistreated & taken advantage by government servants because of lack of access in these previously disadvantaged town. There are a number of initiative that the municipality can initiate in means to eradicate unemployment instead they are fast to irrelevant businesses in the office. E.g there are so many firms in Butterworth that have been closed & rented to foreign people for money that does not contribute to the LED or growth of our town, Butterworth has turned to a hardware city these firms could have been occured by the municipality also giving funding to them as a place of business such as sewing, pottery, & other skills that would eliminate unemployment instead the municipality together with the ECDC give these properties at double pay which benefits one party. The standard, of our town is not bettering however getting worsened everyday by people who lack vision & integrity in the office but for themselves. Good day, we've stated that we won't hold back on the social platforms announcing the provincial SOPA we posed some concerns that we have, not that they will respond to it however we must be vocal at time. Diya please do touch on the developments happening in the province some are progressing well, some long stopped whilst some are completed yet had to be objected not to operate. We assume when Development is, job creation also various local economic development are being enhanced to eradicate the high number of unemployment in the province. There are a lot of unspoken businesses in our province which is causing a delay in development however encouraging deadlocks... It nearly seems like the province is governed by business moguls not the government nor by the people but certain individuals. In particularly in Mnquma Local Municipality, just to name a few projects: 1. The Abattoir that has been incomplete for years with undisclosed amount of money committed to build & create job opportunities. 2. The local swimming pool that was complete & never opened for years with an unconfirmed amount rumoured to be millions spent on it. 3. The bp fuel station in Ndabakazi Junction that was opened however been closed for nearly 6 months. 4. The gravel road in centane. 5. Butterworth sports field that was removed from where it was to a remote area that has been unattended to since. Just to mention few all these mentioned above have the capacity to employ a number of unemployed youth however they only shine for a moment. Mnquma Local Municipality

Mnquma Local Municipality was in Butterworth Magistrate court on the 6th September 2021 to defend our land against Cegcuwana community; who lost the case claiming that the Land in question belongs to the municipality because they didn't have documents to prove it. Mnquma Local Municipality was in Court alongside Mrs Dube as partners in the project including Acting Chief Mzikabawo Luzipo. We are still in question of which land were they defending 🤔 according to knowledge all rural land marks are under the Custordian of the Chiefs and mostly under the department of Agriculture. Mnquma Local Municipality how do you find yourselves "phakathi phakathi inside " this communal Land? The very same parties who gathered questionable documents to claim the development of the fuel station that was developed by Mrs Dube of Zascorite Pty Ltd in association with the municipality, hijacking our concept carried on to pursue this after we sent numerous objection to what they were doing even before they advertised it on the Mthatha newspaper. We would like to make it clear that the concept, the 41 hac & rightful owners of the land are the AmaHlubi Cultural Village of the Mbadlanyana family trust. On the 7 September 2023 in the Mnquma Local Municipality Facebook page they posted with excitement the establishment of the BP fuel station, however we it now closed, irregularities cause such inconveniences. We will make this very vocal & loud we won't hold back on injustice behaviour that is carried by government officials to benefit their personal lives.

What is happening in the Mnquma Local Municipality, it seems a lot is being done unofficially in sabotage, hijacking & theft behind the municipal offices. 1: Who is this public servant? Mongi Dilika LED Director Mnquma local municipality 2:When did He came into the office? 3:What is his involvement in this project (Ndabakazi Junction development) 4: Who gave him access and permission to make announcement in Mnquma council meetings about our development with insufficient details regarding the concept. 5: Municipal Manager who came in office as succeeder of the late Mr Tantsi were they properly briefed about the development? 6: Mayor's came and went however the same question applies? From 12noon today we are questioning the pull of the municipality to cause a delay of 18 years, stealing of our concept, land hijacking & theft... Whilst we also bring exciting new regarding the progress made by our committed team & board of trustees to making this to reality.

Our government officials might not be well paid however that doesn't suggest they should operate on a filthy system of LIES, GREED & CORRUPTION. People suffer economical freedom because of political agendas set to steal & manipulate the situation to benefit themselves. Unknowingly people have been mind gamed being promised benefit of what is actually due to them. Eg: people deserve proper infrastructure & service delivery as tax payers, but with our government that will be a lure trick when campaigning for votes. Everything that our government is doing is almost contradicting themselves take for an example ( job creation/ vuka uzenzele) jobs are given out via bribes also other unlawful methods, tenders are selective to benefit certain individuals... We won't focus on other parts of the province or municipalities however in particularly: *_Mnquma Local Municipality*_ we have seen the lack of integrity from the public servants administratively working in the above mentioned municipality, taking to account the 18 years that they've delayed our development, the efforts to take our concept giving it to someone as an open bid, denying us access to what is documented in black & white as rightful owners. We have suffered a lot under their administration, business opportunities, lose of income & development. We've objected their means to steal from our concept however our voice was to low or rather soft for the Sharks in the ocean to respect, we've taken all necessary steps to fight opposing the unruly behaviour that is manifested by these government employed servants. Mnquma Local Municipality we are in question till when will corruption be a side hustle even so doing seeing that it is not bringing any growth to our sinking town. Nothing in this municipality is done that has no bad publicity rumoured to it and that's because of disloyal servants. It should be born in mind that as government employed officials they are public servants to the public; they are not in a private entity to run their business goals therefore should serve the people not their personal interests. Thus being said, the matter has been escalated to all the relevant government offices to the parliament in pursue to have the issue sorted also allowing us to implement our concept at ease.
