4th Offshore Patrol Vessel (OPV) PNS #yamama arrived in Karachi. A reception ceremony was held at PN Dockyard. Cdr Pak Fleet R/Adm Abdul Munib was CG. CG highlighted that PNS YAMAMA will significantly enhance PN's capability of safeguarding Maritime frontiers. PNS YAMAMA is equipped with a self protection & terminal defence system, electronic warfare, anti-ship & anti-air warfare capabilities & capable of embarking a multirole helicopter & can operate independently or as part of a task force for extended durations.
