The American people are fortunate to have a leader who loves his country and is proud of its cultural values. We too had a national leader who sought to preserve Sri Lankan values, protect our borders, and rebuild our economy independently. However, as we knew and is now being divulged, the Biden-Kamala administration played a key role in the removal of our president and the toppling of the government through an undemocratic and violent regime change in 2022. Your Excellency would have seen the murder, assault, burning of private and public property, and the sheer destruction caused by leftist political groups in Sri Lanka. We believe that this would not have happened if you had been in power in the USA. As a result, we now have a socialist and former terrorist organization in power. They are dragging Sri Lanka into deeper economic and social chaos, with shortages of essential foods, skyrocketing commodity prices, heightened corruption, and rising criminal activity caused by their incoherent policies, incompetence, and increasingly fascist rule. We thank you for shutting down USAID and exposing their corruption and undue cultural interventions. As DOGE has already published, nearly *eight million U.S. dollars* of American taxpayers’ money has been spent in Sri Lanka to supposedly train journalists on gender pronouns. This amounts to over *two and a half billion rupees*, a staggering amount in the local context. We earnestly await the full disclosure of not only this program but also other schemes that were used for regime changes and cultural disruption, such as those allegedly funded by agencies linked to the infamous George Soros, who reportedly received over two hundred and sixty million U.S. dollars through USAID. The 2022 regime change in Sri Lanka was driven by a violent mob of so-called social media influencers, many of whom were evidently trained and funded by USAID. Therefore, we believe that a large sum of U.S. tax money was spent to groom local individuals and organizations as change agents, also providing them with remuneration, technology, vehicles, and premises to artificially create an uprising against the legitimately elected president of Sri Lanka through fake news, hate speech, and organized cultural attacks. They also actively promoted the LGBTQ and woke agenda while using cancel-culture tactics to silence conservatives, similar to what was attempted with your Twitter account removal. There have been many such obstructions of free speech, especially on Facebook in Sri Lanka, but since your victory, Facebook seems to have changed their stance. We also believe that *Ambassador Julie Jiyoon Chung* played a role in this collapse of democracy and violation of the constitution. She was sent to Sri Lanka by the corrupt Biden-Kamala regime. Ms. Chung has been acting beyond her ambassadorial scope by undiplomatically and rather shamelessly intervening in the internal affairs of Sri Lanka. Ms. Chung is an advocate of the LGBTQ agenda. She was recorded dancing in the hands of drunken politicians in public and parading with military leaders at the expense of the American people’s hard-earned money. Her highly unprofessional behavior has brought much disgrace and distrust to American diplomacy abroad. Therefore, we respectfully request that you consider the following: 1. Instruct DOGE to publish the full list of people and institutions that benefited from USAID along with the amounts and various properties they received. 2. Recall Julie Jiyoon Chung and appoint a decent U.S. Ambassador to Sri Lanka who embodies true American values. 3. Rebuild the US-SL diplomatic relationship through trust, respect, and mutually beneficial economic programs without intervention in internal affairs.
