Good morning all. We have no scheduled events in our libraries today (13th Feb), but if you are in free on Saturday(15th Feb) why come along to our Material World workshop with Teresa Doyle and Anna Browne in Moate Library, 10am - 12noon. This will be a creative and sustainable morning. We will discuss the global clothing industry, fast fashion, upcycling and fabric choices. Teresa will show some examples of her work, and then you’ll be free to craft a response to the discussion using recycled materials, with lots of support from Teresa and Anna. All materials will be provided, and finished work will be part of a Sustainability Horizons exhibition in March in Moate Library.
