Ensure issuance of order/letter of agreement in favour of candidates as per merit lists displayed on portal. 3. ⁠Check original documents of candidates at the time of acceptance of letter of agreement. 4. ⁠In case, any candidate does not join due to any reason, please issue letter of agreement to *Next in Merit* candidate. 5. ⁠CEOs shall received complaints/grievances ( if any) till 04.03.2025.
