Smoking experiences* *What* : Kirklees Council is re-designing its Stop Smoking Service, and you can share your ideas through Healthwatch. *Who* : anyone who is over 18 and either: • currently smoking tobacco, or • have stopped smoking tobacco, or • is think thinking about stopping smoking tobacco *Get involved* : The survey will take around 5-7 minutes to complete.
