*Individual feedback – West Yorkshire: How to choose the right health and care service*   *What and why?* West Yorkshire Health and Care Partnership want to hear your feedback and ideas about how to improve the way they communicate with people about how to choose the right health and care service. People are often asked to choose the right health and care service for their needs. Your feedback will help to make sure people have the information they need to make the right choice for them. For example, all the different ‘walk-in’ services in West Yorkshire, where they are, what services they offer and when they open. People will be asked to look at draft information and give feedback on: Is the information useful? Is it easy to understand? Is there anything missing?   *Who?* Anyone can be involved but they would particularly like to hear from people who: have recently attended an A&E department have recently attended an urgent care centre (or other ‘walk-in’ service have recently had a GP out of hours appointment   *How to get involved:* You can be involved by sharing your feedback on an individual basis at a time suitable for you.
