The Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation successfully concluded its first Batch of 5-day residential operational-level training programme on in-depth exploration of planning and execution, development of team collaboration, leadership skills and use of advance tool and techniques for efficient project management from 10th February to 14th February, 2025 at the Indian Institute of Management, Mumbai. The programme brought together 29 senior officers (Director/DS/US levels) from 8 Ministries/ Departments and 22 PSU/CPSEs. With features such as industry-leading speakers, case studies on successful infrastructure projects, cross-sector deliberations on challenges, best practices, visit to Research Park-IIT Mumbai, Dharavi Development Project and Atal Setu, the program led to insights and collaborative strategies to drive excellence in infrastructure project management.
