The Ghair Muqallid Muhaddith and Muhaqqiq, Ubaidullah Mubarakpuri, after mentioning the hadiths regarding the virtues of the 15th night of Sha'ban (Shab-e-Baraat) in his commentary on Mishkat, writes: *"All these hadiths indicate the greatness and majesty of the 15th night of Sha'ban and also prove that _this night is not like other nights_ . Therefore, being negligent about it is inappropriate; rather, staying awake in worship, supplication, dhikr, and fikr on this night is Mustahab (recommended).”* _(Mir'aat Sharh Mishkat, Vol. 4, p. 341-342)_
