Peter Kahuthu, Senior Officer - Billing & Debt Collection John Wamathai and the Pro-Poor Services team visited key water and sanitation initiatives aimed at improving access for unserved and underserved communities. The team toured the Bondeni Chania Water Kiosk, which provides affordable and safe water to local residents, ensuring that clean water is accessible to all. They also inspected the UBSUP Toilets in Witemere and Ruring’u, a vital sanitation project improving hygiene and living conditions in informal settlements. The team also visited the Whispers Park Sanitation Facility, an award-winning public toilet that promotes cleanliness, dignity, and environmental sustainability in urban sanitation.
