Last week was half term so I was out of the office for most of the time- my team continued to support local residents and received 258 new cases in total. Here's the weekly snapshot of five of them- not the sum total of their work (as ever) but an insight into the work we do and the kinds of issues Walthamstow residents raise with me. I'm very grateful to my hardworking team for their actions as we could not support so many local residents to resolve the concerns they have without their actions.
