Krasnoyarsk law enforcement offered pedophile a way out of trial by fighting in Ukraine As ASTRA found out, in Krasnoyarsk a criminal case was opened against 36-year-old repeat offender Vitaly Bublikov for sexual violence against a child under 14. Between 2020 and 2022, he repeatedly lured a girl, who was 9 to 11 years old at the time, into his apartment, forcing her into oral sex and other sexual acts. When Bublikov was arrested, he was already in custody for violating administrative supervision. His criminal record includes convictions for fraud, theft, and failure to pay alimony. According to sources, an investigator offered Bublikov the option to sign a contract with the Russian Defense Ministry to avoid trial and punishment. He agreed.
