In Volgograd, drone strikes residential building next to military housing – ASTRA analysis Last night, a drone crashed into a residential high-rise at 77 General Shumilov Street in Volgograd. The building is located across from 30 General Shumilov Street, which is listed as military housing. Eleven apartments in that building are allocated for service members, while the rest are not part of the registry. Another military facility, the local recruitment office, is located at 21 General Shumilov Street. According to local authorities, 17 drones attacked Volgograd Oblast overnight. Regional Governor Andrey Bocharov confirmed that "debris" struck the roof of the residential building. One person was injured.
