Two ships damaged in yesterday’s drone attack on Russia’s Tuapse According to ASTRA sources in the region's emergency services, two ships were damaged in a drone attack on the seaport in Tuapse, Krasnodar Krai, on the night of February 26. One of the vessels is the diving boat Vodolaz 31, operated by the Marine Rescue Service. Its hull was hit by shrapnel, causing water ingress that had to be pumped out. The second is the cargo ship Mumtaz Bey, sailing under the Panamanian flag. According to sources, shrapnel damaged its superstructure, bridge wing, and portholes. The vessel had a crew of 22, mostly Turkish nationals, along with two Egyptians, two Indians, and one Azerbaijani. It had 25,000 tons of cargo on board. There were no casualties. Earlier, ASTRA geolocated a video from the drone strikes on Tuapse in the early hours of February 26, confirming an attack on the seaport.
