During my visit to Dr. Mohan's Diabetes Centre in Chennai, India, I had the opportunity to meet an inspiring 105-year-young advocate for diabetes awareness. Mr. Ramdas, at the remarkable age of 105, actively promotes the importance of proper nutrition and a positive mindset as a person managing diabetes. Engaging with Mr. Ramdas in India was an unforgettable experience, demonstrating that longevity with diabetes is attainable through a passionate outlook.
